10 Minutes Timesaver Exercise Routine

People mostly think, to lose weight or tone up your body, then hours of gymming or yoga or any exercise regimen is necessary for it. But one should remember that it is not the time, it is the right workout and the right technique that helps one to fetch the right figure and in right period of time.
In fact, there is a 10 minute workout which can help you lose body weight easily. It saves time, energy and money. For weight loss,  cardio exercises have always been recommended by experts. It is the right choice. In this, you can do running. The speed at which you run has to be maintained throughout 10 minutes in order to avail maximum benefit.

Run faster than you normally do. This doesn’t mean that you have to sprint but swift running is necessarily required. Do it for 10 minutes daily and see the difference.

Stair climbing is another option. Wake up in the morning, freshen up yourself and then go straight to the stairs and do the climbing up and down for 10 minutes. Stair climbing requires a lot of muscle work, especially the ones of thigh, butt and belly. So for proper toning, do stair climbing.

Another thing that could be tried out is multi exercise regimen. The best thing about this regimen is that within 10 minutes, you can do exercises of your choice but the technique and time duration of each has to be maintained. For proper body toning, do jogging; try jumping jacks, jump rope, ski hops, or anything that suits you. Choose 5 exercises of your choice and do them for 2 minutes each.

If you believe in fun workout then do dancing for 10 minutes. Even aerobics or gymnastics are interesting form of exercises and one can do it just for 10 minutes and get a perfectly toned body.

Play the favorite dance number of yours and just dance on. Sing along with it to make it even more interesting. So these are various 10 minutes scheduled workout that can totally transform your body. So try them out.
