Do you feel tired always? Are you losing your body weight? Has laziness overpowered you? If your answer is ‘Yes’, then it’s high time for introspection.  Your mind might be the culprit behind your ill health. Remember, only a fit mind can pave way for a fit body.

Diet and exercises can help you to an extent, but there are a few more things you have to practice to be the owner of a healthy mind.

Let Loose, Be Free
Tensions, worries, problems are all part of life. No one can stay happy throughout the lifetime, unfortunately that is Nature’s rule. But if you want, you can definitely make each day of your life a brighter one.

A simple way to attain happiness is to let loose your worries. There are many ways by which you can do it. One is through yoga and meditation. This will not only help you bring your tensions down, but can also control your emotions. Simple breathing exercises can bring in tremendous changes in you even without your knowledge. Even music can help you to a great level.

Food and Rest Essential
Too much work and no rest is a slow killer. Your brain and body needs adequate food and rest for functioning properly. Eat foods rich in vitamins and nutrients, avoid deep fried foods, drink enough water, avoid smoking and do regular exercises-These health advices are oft repeated ones, but once you practice them, you will get to know the difference.
Along with healthy food, sleep is one vital thing you should never compromise with. Lack of proper sleep will make your brain idle and your body weak. Last but not the least; spread a smile wherever you go. This may sound absurd, but it helps a lot. A smile can build a lot of positive energy around you and you can stay happy.

Realize the Basic Truth
For a positive mind, you need to understand certain basic truths. Some of them are as follows
• Know what you are capable of; do not force yourself beyond a limit.
• Happiness and unhappiness is what you create and not others.
• A positive attitude towards life will push you forward.
• Always share your happiness and worries.
• Take enough breaks and enjoy the world around you.

Those who follow these simple truths of life can find this place a much better place to live with a healthy mind and a fit body.
