To get perfect butt shape, you must make an exercise regimen. Follow it wisely and dedicately and do the exercises in a right manner. In this way you would surely acquire a good shape.

There are many exercises which you can follow. Here are some of the top exercises for butt.

Squats, is a well known exercise.It is a perfect one for tightening of butt and thigh area. It also helps to build inner strength. You can take professional help to learn the correct techniques of doing squats. It can be done very easily at home as well.

Another exercise for butt is lunges. It helps you to get proper butt shape. Although, one requires a lot of muscle work to this form of exercise but it is very useful. Various types of lunges are low, static, side to side, wheel, step by step lunges, etc.

Step ups is an excellent butt exercise. It is very simple to do since you just have to place a foot on an elevated platform and push through your heel to lift your body up. Start up with a higher step and eventually reach a height where the knees are at 90 degree angle.

Cycling is a very common exercise form and strangely, it is excellent for butts as well. Cycling helps you to maintain the butt shape. This exercise mainly targets the leg area which means that while toning your butt, you get to have great legs as well. You must do cycling for about 40 minutes daily to have maximum benefits.

Hip extensions
is something most of the trainers recommend for butt. Its special target is butt, so one must try it out if he or she just wants to workout on the butt area. You must also do running as it’s an easy and beneficial form of exercise.

It helps to tone up the whole body and obviously the butt. You can do jogging for at least 45 minutes or even sprints. They help to burn up calories of body and tighten up the butt. So do try them out for a better body shape.
