Lots of people just do not have the time to get themselves to the gym for a workout on a daily basis. The hope of keeping themselves fit and in shape still exists. Is there any hope for such people? While sitting at your desk, make sure you blink repeatedly. This will rest the eyes and give them more rest. Also try simple neck rotations to avoid feeling tired, and also keep the neck flexible. This delays ailments like spondilitis.
While sitting, you can do simple stretches for the legs. This will not only keep them healthy, but also stop them from cramping.
Instead of calling the person a few cubicles away, take the trouble of walking to them.This will help you burn those extra few calories.
While getting home from work, try and walk to the next bus stop. This will not only give you some exercise, but is a good way to de-stress and get the body to unwind a little.
Before you get to bed, try and close your eyes for a few minutes and meditate. A great way to calm down the body and also introspect, this will also give you a chance to leave behind all the baggage of the day. It is also a good way to get restful sleep at night.
Pick up your broom, and sweep away all your weight problems.
