Kundalini in simple words is a form of energy that resides within us surrounding our spinal. It consists of seven chakras which are located around the spine. These seven chakras are the seven energy centers of the kundalini system. This energy has a definite path and it moves upwards from its bottom chakra located near genitals to the top most chakra in the brain.

You would definitely realize the changes and the awakening occurring in your body. Kundalini has a definite path of movement. It rises through the bottom most that is first chakra, moves to third and then drops back to the first and then moves back rising towards trataka that is the third eye or the sixth chakra and then finally to the brain.
