Keep your food habits as balanced as possible. Eat on time. Divide your meal into three portions; one portion containing lean meat, lean poultry or any other protein source, the second portion containing foods sources rich in complex carbohydrates such as whole meal foods and third portion vegetables and fruits which will provide fiber and most of the nutrients.
