Stamina is nothing but energy that gives you working power. Your body is like a machine that needs fuel to run properly. If your do not supply fuel in proper amount, your machine will stop its work. Fruits and Vegetables:

Fruits like banana gives you an instant energy. After doing lots of physical work when you feel tired, eat a banana in the break of your work. You will get an instant energy. Supplying potassium and iron a banana gives you stamina then and there.

Apart from banana, cucumber is very refreshing and juicy cucumber gives you instant energy supplying different types of minerals in the body. Lemon juice also supplies a great amount of energy. Different citrus foods such as lime, lemon, sweet lime, orange, pineapple, etc. gives you instant stamina supplying vitamin C in your body.

Water:
