Quick and Easy Exercises

No time to work out. This is a problem faced by so many people today. You do not need to leave your house for an exercise programme you can do simple stuff at home that will actually keep you feeling fit all day. Some people are not able to do strenuous exercises so these simple ones will also help and do the trick. At least you will feel that you have done simple at home exercises.

Lie on the ground on your stomach and use your palms to lift your upper body off the ground in such a way that your back is arched and stretch your neck back as much as you can and hold the pose. the correct way you breathe is more important than the exercise itself. Inhale when you stretch your back and hold the pose and your breadth for a few seconds and exhale and come back to the original position. Do this at least ten times.

For the next exercise you need to lie on your back keeping your legs outstretched. Keep your palms on your lower back and with the help of the palms lift your buttocks off the ground so that your toes are pointing to the ceiling. Try and put your chin on to your chest. Hold this pose for a few seconds and return to the original position. Repeat this for about five to six times.

Lie on the ground and bring your knees to your chin keeping your hands on the thigh for support. Hold this pose for a few counts and exhale as you go back to the original position. This can also be repeated a few times. These exercises must be done slowly and you should try concentrate on your breathing more than the positions. Always inhale when you are going in to the position and exhale on your way to the original position. Do all the exercises gently and pause in the middle of each of them. The slower you do them the more effective they become.

These can be easily practiced at any time of the day.
