Quick Rejuvenation Exercises
Not very many people have time to exercise; especially to go out and workout at the gym and maybe even play a racket sport. For these people who are always on the move and want to feel energized here are some simple exercises that will take not more than ten minutes in the morning and will also keep the refreshed and rejuvenated through their day.
Open the legs wide and keep the arms stretched to the shoulder level beside you. Twist your torso and touch the left arm to your right ankle. Go down as low as you possibly can; till you feel a stretch. Hold the pose for a few seconds and repeat on the other side. This can be done eight to ten times. Make sure you practice correct breathing all through the exercise. Breathe in when you go down and breathe out when you come up to the original position.
The next set of exercise is to lie on your stomach and keep your hands beside you. Bend your right knee and twist your torso so that the right knee goes over the left leg which is kept in a straight position on the ground to touch the ground on the other side. Hold this pose for a few seconds and repeat with the other leg. You can do this a few times on either side.
The third exercise would need you to get on your all fours and raise your back to a c position and exhale and lower it again. Hold each pose for a few seconds. Repeat these as well. You will feel quite fresh and energetic after you complete these sets of exercises.
These exercises are so simple and you cannot even injure yourself doing them; that if you have kids at home ask them to join you while you exercise. It will do no harm to them. In fact they will get some benefits from all the exercises and you can make it a pert of their routine.
The effect of these exercises are best when done in the morning. So take out a little time in your busy day and get to doing these exercises.
