Thus, you can switch over to them too. Apart from that, you should have Omega-3 rich foods, such as different kinds of nuts and flaxseeds.
Your main aim should be to keep yourself away from saturated and Trans fat, which are the main causes of obesity. These are usually found in junk food, and can turn out to be addictive because of the great taste. But you must avoid that addiction and keep it under control. Complete cutting down of fats is never recommended because it will mean that you are depriving your body of even the most basic nutrients required by it. You must learn how to balance out fats in your body, so that it leads to energy, and not obesity. As long as you can keep this in control, there is no way that you will gain weight.
