Tips To Prevent Arthritis

There are two types of arthritis. The arthritis which affects after the age of 40 is called osteoarthritis and the problem which affects at any age is known as rheumatoid arthritis. Both types of arthritis cause you lots of problems and pain. No one wants to suffer from arthritis.

Here are some tips to prevent arthritis.

If you don’t want to suffer from arthritis, you should massage your body everyday with nutritious oil. Massaging improves blood circulation and prevents from joint pains and inflammation.

If you continuously suffer from constipation, you are likely to develop arthritis at later stage. Therefore if you suffer from constipation, find out its remedy right now so that at later stage you don’t get arthritis. Garlic is rich in antioxidants such as allicin and selenium due to which it solves most of your health problems.

Garlic helps a lot in curing constipation because it improves digestion and solves all your stomach problems. Ginger too is very beneficial in preventing arthritis because it is also full of antioxidants such as zingerone, gingerol and shogaol. Ginger even gives you relief if you already have arthritis problem.

Avoid eating rice at night because it causes gas problem which aggravates your arthritis problem. Do not eat any stale food due to the same reason. Fried foods, junk foods, oily foods disrupt your digestion which eventually increases the problem of arthritis. Tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking etc. increase the risk of arthritis.

Remaining physically inactive too increases the risk of arthritis. When you remain physically inactive for a long period, your joints get stiff. Also too much exertion should be avoided because there is risk of your ligaments getting damaged. Yoga too helps a lot in preventing arthritis.

Drinking water is the best tip to avoid arthritis. Drink plenty of water everyday but you should also drink one glass of water in empty stomach daily. No need to brush your teeth before drinking water. First drink water then brush your teeth after an hour.

Control your weight to avoid arthritis. Overweight people suffer from arthritis at later stage. Therefore reduce your weight through exercise, diet control and using tips to reduce weight. Drink lemon juice in water in empty stomach daily to burn fats and to fulfill the daily dose of vitamin C.
