People often say that it is difficult to drink too much of fluids the whole day as most of them do not want to disturb their work by going to the bathroom. Then, there are people who, simply forget to drink water!
But, one must not forget that our body constitutes of about 60% of water and needs to be nourished throughout the day. Usually, it is recommended to consume at least 7-8 glasses of water in a day, but this fluctuates greatly according to the diet and the level of exercise followed by an individual.

Water
Importance of water in the life cannot be ignored at all by human beings. Drinking a good amount of water removes hazardous toxins from the body and brings glow on to the face. Water also works as a shock absorber for joints of the body. If an individual does not take the required amount of water, he may face various health disorders like premature aging, energy loss, fatigue, constipation, digestive and respiratory disorders, urinary infections, gastritis, high and low blood pressure, and obesity, etc,. So to avoid health issues drink water and to add some flavor you can even squeeze lemon in it.
Vegetable Juice
Vegetable juice is a drink, which is a mixture of vegetables. It is one of the best ways to include vegetables and fluid in the diet. You can make varied combination of juice flavors by mixing vegetables like carrot, tomatoes, turnip, parsley, celery, spinach, cucumber, fennel, wheat grass or any other vegetable of your choice. You can even add fruits, ginger, lemon, and garlic to improve flavor. You must try to avoid canned juices as they contain high level of salt.

You can drink fruit juice of apple, pineapple, orange, grape, mango, pomegranate, cherry, and guava or any other fruit of your choice.
Herbal Teas
If you are too health conscious you can drink caffeine-free herbal tea. Chamomile, peppermint, caraway, cinnamon, ginger reduces bloating and improves digestion.
Smoothies
A combination of frozen or fresh fruits or vegetables, yogurt, honey, rice milk, protein powder, and flax oil is called a smoothie. These smoothies are highly nutritious and a good source of minerals and vitamins.
